Welcome to the Keiretsu Forum DealRoom

Keiretsu Forum (K4) is the world's largest private equity angel investor Community with more than 900 accredited investor members in twenty-six chapters on three continents.  Since Keiretsu Forum's founding its members have more than $400m in early stage technology, life sciences, consumer products, real estate, and other silos with high growth potential.  K4 members actively collaborate in all phases of the investment review and due diligence process, but make individual investment decisions, with rounds in the range of $250k-$3m. Keiretsu Forum's community is strengthened through education academies for angel investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners, as well as charitable giving.  Forum members have donated almost $2m to date to over 110 non-profit organizations.

Entrepreneurs-A Note on Fees: There is never a fee to apply or participate in the Keiretsu Forum Screening Process. If you are invited to participate in the Mid-Atlantic Forum Meetings there is a $2500* administrative fee (*each Region establishes their administrative fees) to help cover the cost of running our meetings and our chapters. This is the only fee from Keiretsu Forum, we do not solicit success fees upon funding.
